Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. This role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creatives, content, and deliverables
Ensure timely rollout of marketing initiatives across channels
Content & Communication
Coordinate creation of marketing content (social media, emailers, brochures, catalogues)
Proofread and ensure brand consistency across all communication
Support social media scheduling and campaign tracking
Digital & Performance Support
Assist in managing website updates, email campaigns, and digital promotions
Track campaign performance and prepare basic MIS and reports
Coordinate with performance marketing agencies (if applicable)
Vendor & Event Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and marketing materials
Support exhibitions, events, and product launches
Ensure timely availability of marketing collateral
Internal Coordination
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts
Support marketing head in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic marketing tools
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
