Marketing Coordinator with 1+ year work experience required in an agro export organisation located at Mumbai Central (nearby station), Mumbai

JD:

- Manage order-related calls and communications with existing clients to support repeat business

- Prepare and share quotations based on confirmed client requirements and internal rate approvals

- Follow up on quotations via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely order confirmation

- Provide clients with product details, pricing updates, and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm rates, availability, and commercial terms for ongoing orders

- Maintain accurate records of client communications, quotations, and order status

- Ensure effective client coordination to maintain service quality and long-term business relationships

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
