City Circle Managers
to manage city-level operations, lead field teams, drive business growth, and ensure smooth and timely service delivery across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily city operations and field activities
Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve targets
Coordinate between management, clients, and field staff
Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
Drive sales growth and expand service coverage within the city
Ensure timely execution of operational plans and reports
Handle issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 1+ year in operations, sales, or team management
Education:
Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good coordination and communication abilities
Field management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
