The Junior Marketing Co-ordinator will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities, client coordination, and backend marketing operations. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining client databases, and assisting in planning and execution of marketing initiatives and client gifting activities during festivals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for routine marketing requirements and follow-ups.
Assist in backend marketing work including preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain and update client databases accurately.
Support the marketing team with data collection and analysis.
Prepare client lists for festival gifting (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
Handle internal coordination with different departments as required.
Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by seniors.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Experience:
Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
