Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Coordination & Execution:



Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events). Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring all activities are launched on time. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc.) and external vendors/agencies as needed.

Content Creation & Design:



Design and create marketing collateral

, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, flyers, presentations, and internal documents, using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Craft clear, compelling, and grammatically correct

copy for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.

Reporting & Analysis:



Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and online activities, preparing regular reports for management. Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer behavior. Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and reporting data.

Administrative & Logistics:



Provide essential administrative support to the marketing department. Organize and manage inventory of promotional materials. Assist in the logistics and promotion of marketing events, trade shows, or webinars.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Work Hours:

Must be available to work a

Monday to Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Language Proficiency:

Excellent command of the English language

, both written and verbal, for professional communication and content creation.

Design Skills:

Proven proficiency in graphic design tools (

e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva

) and a strong visual aesthetic. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1-3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (Social Media, SEO basics, Email Marketing). A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with specific marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, CMS like WordPress). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
