C. Primary responsibilities

(a)Merchandising & Assortment Planning:

Develop and maintain optimal product assortments for 18K jewelry across retail and digital
channels.

Collaborate with design and buying teams to align product launches with customer
preferences and seasonal trends.

Monitor product lifecycle and recommend markdowns, replenishments, or phase-outs

(b)Product Selection & R&D:

Support with product selection and development processes based on market trends and
customer insights.

Coordinate with design and sourcing teams to support R&D initiatives for new collections
and innovations.

Evaluate product feasibility and performance potential through data and customer feedback.

(C)Promotions & Activations:

Plan and monitor promotional campaigns and product activations across retail touchpoints. Work with marketing and retail teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and
campaign execution.

Track effectiveness of promotions and activations through performance metrics and ROI
analysis.

(D)Market Surveys & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular market surveys to gather insights on customer preferences, pricing, and
competitor offerings.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Provide recommendations for product positioning and assortment adjustments.
