Support the sales team in order processing and coordination.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics for timely order execution.
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data.
Follow up with customers on deliveries, payments, and documentation.
Handle customer queries and provide sales support.
