Job Title:

Marketing Coordinator

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:
Plan and execute mass email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.

WhatsApp Bulk Messaging:
Operate and manage WhatsApp API tools for international client outreach.

Design & Creatives:
Create and coordinate basic product flyers, WhatsApp images, and social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Marketing Activities Execution:

Support and execute promotional campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, Google, and Social Media.

Assist with basic SEO (on-page and off-page), PPC (Google Ads), and SMO (social media optimization).

Coordinate with agencies or freelancers wherever required.

Communication & Sales Support:

Engage with international clients through email, WhatsApp, and calls (if needed).

Draft professional communication, handle enquiries, and support lead follow-ups.

Maintain marketing databases and reports.

Export Promotion Assistance:

Help in building brand presence globally by supporting exhibition prep, catalog sharing, and online promotion strategies.

Skillset:

Working knowledge of email marketing & WhatsApp API tools

Basic design sense (preferably Canva)

Good communication skills - spoken and written English (moderate fluency acceptable)

Understanding of digital channels - SEO, PPC, SMO

Preferred Attributes:
Self-driven and proactive in execution

Willingness to learn and grow with a small, fast-moving export team

Can coordinate with internal team and external vendors effectively

Detail-oriented with a sense of global business presentation

Commerce background candidate prefered.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
