Our range of services includes Villas & Apartments construction, Engineering Consulting services mainly Structural Engineering consulting, Builder unit, Interior Design and execution, etc.

Presently we are looking for ambitious Marketing Consultants to develop a career with us at our Mulberry homes - Casabella villa site (A gated community villas) at Chungam, Kottayam . We provide the career development opportunities for the person with the right attitude and a flair for customer service.

Job Summary

Senior Marketing Consultant to execute all marketing activities for our villa project, Mulberry homes - Casabella, Chungam, Kottayam

We provide product training for the right candidate

Duties:

- Follow up on enquirers from Digital Marketing and References

- Close genuine sales leads

- Maintain an excellent relationship with existing clients

- Develop innovative marketing schemes

- Provide good customer services

- Prepare sale agreements/ deeds

- Maintain the company customer database

Requirement:

Female graduates

with min 2-3 years experience

- Good communication skills especially telephone skills

- Good working knowledge of word, excel, internet etc.
