Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end funnel and campaign strategy (Lead ? Nurture ? Sale)
Allocate and monitor budgets across Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and content channels
Review campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Brief external agencies on goals, deliverables, and expected outcomes
Own and maintain performance dashboards (leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated per month
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Lead-to-sale conversion percentage
Campaign ROI
Identification of funnel leakage points
Requirements
Experience in performance or digital marketing
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and paid campaigns
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Experience working with agencies or external partners
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
