Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or database.

Sales Pitch:

Present products/services, explain features, and highlight benefits to persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information during conversations and recording details in the database.

Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up calls to previous inquiries or leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.

Data Management:

Accurately maintain call records, update customer databases, and input relevant information into the system.

Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and call quotas set by the company.

Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from customers about products/services or their experience with the company.

Adhere to Guidelines:

Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company while making calls to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales team or other departments to share customer feedback or relevant information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport over the phone. Familiarity with relevant computer applications and CRM software. Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Understanding of sales techniques and customer-oriented approaches.
