Marketing Coordinator
to help elevate our brand presence and customer engagement.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand, attract high-end clientele, and drive service appointments. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury brands, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging and brand-appropriate content.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
Assist in organizing promotional events, VIP customer appreciation nights, and sponsorships.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely rollout of seasonal promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with service advisors and front desk teams to understand client preferences and develop targeted messaging.
Support the creation of brochures, flyers, banners, and other print/digital collateral.
Maintain the CRM database and assist with customer segmentation for personalized outreach.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required (photographers, printers, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role; experience in luxury, automotive, or hospitality industries is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and luxury brand positioning.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or marketing to high-net-worth individuals.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads.
Photography or visual storytelling experience, especially for luxury products.
