Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional items
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) in line with brand voice and strategy
Coordinate and optimize
Meta Ads
(Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Paid Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube) for performance and ROI
Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content, meta tags, and conducting keyword research
Coordinate and execute offline marketing efforts including
flyers, posters, brochures, banners, and printed materials
Assist with the
planning and execution of offline events
such as trade shows, pop-ups, community events, and promotional activations
Source vendors and manage logistics for print production, event materials, and promotional giveaways
Capture and document offline event activities for later use in digital campaigns and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital advertising role
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
Graphic design skills preferred.
Experience coordinating events and handling marketing logistics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content creation, copywriting, or visual branding
Knowledge of offline marketing strategy development.
