Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Marketing Coordinator

to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring both online and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing head and design team to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across our commercial and residential interior segments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across

Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

. Support content creation for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and blogs). Manage

offline marketing initiatives

-- brochures, billboards, events, and local partnerships. Maintain and update CRM & lead sheets; follow up on leads with sales and design teams. Analyze marketing performance metrics (CPL, ROI, reach, engagement) and prepare reports. Liaise with vendors, print agencies, and photographers for marketing collaterals. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and brand consistency. Assist in managing Google Business Profile, reviews, SEO updates, and geotagging of project photos.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in

interior design, architecture, or real estate

. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple departments, and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
