Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, meet Principals/Coordinators, and present our Robotics & STEM programs.
Coordinate demos, workshops, and trial sessions in schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
Explain program structure, curriculum, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Follow up with schools for closures, approvals, and scheduling demos.
Assist in planning and conducting marketing events, exhibitions, and STEM workshops.
Support lead generation activities and update CRM/lead tracking sheets regularly.
Coordinate with the training team for scheduling trainer visits and demonstrations.
Promote brand visibility through on-ground activities in schools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
Prior experience in field marketing, educational sales, or school coordination (preferred).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills -- communication is a must.
Ability to travel to multiple school locations daily.
Good understanding of Robotics/STEM programs (training will be provided).
Confident, well-presented, and comfortable speaking to school authorities.
