is looking for a proactive and multitasking

Marketing Coordinator

to support our sales and project teams in managing leads, client coordination, material dispatch, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client calls, follow-ups, and lead generation. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients for product information and order confirmation. Maintain project records, site schedules, and installation updates. Track inventory for cladding, decking, flooring, and related hardware. Coordinate material supply and logistics with the warehouse team. Follow up on payments (advance, stage-wise & final). Support marketing activities, documentation, and weekly reports.

Requirements

Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. Experience in construction/interior/wood industry is an added advantage.
