Marketing cum Sales Executive

to help us reach new audiences, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Manage and grow Guhina's social media presence -- creating engaging content, reels, and posts in collaboration with the design team Coordinate product photoshoots and update the website/catalogue with new collections Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement Assist in planning and executing marketing collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and offline events (e.g., exhibitions, store launches) Create and manage marketing collateral -- brochures, newsletters, and brand presentations

Sales

Handle client inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins Convert leads into confirmed orders through personalized communication and follow-ups Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams to provide accurate quotes and timelines Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales (furniture, interiors, or lifestyle brands preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) Passion for design, interiors, and branding Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
