Managing Executive to develop, implement, and manage our marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating leads, and growing our online community.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Implement marketing campaigns to promote our coaching institute
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and collaborations.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Social Media Management
Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track KPIs.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong community.
Requirements
MALE Candidate only should apply for this job.
Preference : minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing and/or social media management.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
