About Dhare Foundation:

Dhare foundation is an environmental organisation focused on enhancing Bengaluru's green spaces by using Private, Government, Forest lands, Park Areas, Industries and companies free space for Ecosystem restoration.

Founded two years ago by environment enthusiast, Mr. Purnesh, Mr. Ashok Gowda, and Mr. Vrushanka Bhat. Dhare Foundation is committed to re-greening urban Bangalore. In just two years, the foundation have successfully planted over

20,000 trees

across the city.

The foundation is now looking for a

dynamic, hands-on Coordinator

to join the foundation and help in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular site visits

to tree plantation and maintenance sites across Bangalore. Coordinate and support on-ground operations, including liaising with local communities, volunteers, Vendors and Donors. Maintain up-to-date records of tree planting data, site progress, and stakeholder interactions. Ensure timely execution of projects with a strong sense of ownership. Support event planning, awareness drives, and community engagement efforts. Update and manage website content. Coordinating with CA and CS. Manage the foundation's social media presence actively.
Requirement:

Willing to travel extensively across

urban Bangalore

Should possess Basic knowledge of agriculture and environment.

Should possess interpersonal and communication skill. Should be able to work independently and follow up on the task from start to finish. Proficiency in

Kannada

(mandatory) and working knowledge of

English

. Should be Presentable and confident in making presentations to the stakeholders. Must own a two-wheeler or personal mode of transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
