About the Role

DIO India is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our events, marketing campaigns, and sales team activities. The role includes managing marketing/demo materials, coordinating logistics, overseeing event preparations, can coordinate to sales team for data collection and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage event assets, product demos, and promotional materials. Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and demo kits. Coordinate registrations, guest lists, and post-event feedback. Prepare reports on events, inventory usage, and customer feedback. Liaise with sales teams and DIO offices for material requests and follow-ups. Oversee logistics & timely dispatch of materials.
Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-4 years' experience in marketing coordination or event management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in medical/dental devices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
