Symbiosis Skills & Professional University is seeking a dynamic and proactive

Marketing Coordinator

with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of the education industry. The ideal candidate will manage marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand awareness activities while supporting admissions, outreach, and placement tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Communication

Develop and execute effective

marketing strategies

to promote university programs. Create and deliver

engaging content

for offline and online campaigns. Drive

local area marketing

activities to build course awareness. Maintain consistent communication with prospective students, parents, and partners.

2. Lead Generation & Admissions Support

Implement lead generation strategies through digital campaigns, events, and institutional outreach. Track and manage incoming leads and support the admissions team in conversions.

3. Industry & Institutional Outreach

Conduct outreach visits to

schools, colleges, coaching centers

, and career counselors to promote university programs. Build partnerships for

placements, internships, and academic collaborations

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the

education industry

is mandatory. Understanding of

sales strategy, marketing strategy, and lead generation

techniques. Ability to build relationships with institutions and corporate partners. Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing basics, and CRM tools preferred.

Self-motivated and target-driven. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling for outreach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
