Helping create and manage marketing materials like brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
Market Research:
Researching competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
Managing social media presence, creating content, and engaging with followers.
Data Analysis:
Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess effectiveness.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling general office duties, managing databases, scheduling meetings, and assisting with event planning.
Communication:
Maintaining communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Assisting with budget tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns.
Brand Management:
Ensuring brand consistency in all marketing materials and activities.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations is a plus.
