Job Description

Role Summary

The Marketing & Sales Executive (Field) will generate leads and close sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects (residential, commercial, and small industrial) in and around Gaya and nearby districts. The role is 80-90% field based, involving local market visits, site surveys, and direct customer interaction.Key Responsibilities lead Generation & Market Development visit residential colonies, commercial areas, shops, small industries, schools, hospitals, etc. to identify potential customers for solar installations.

Generate leads through door-to-door visits, cold calls, local references, housing societies, electricians, and local dealers.

Participate in local events, stalls, and campaigns to promote Bharat Solar Company in Gaya and nearby towns.Customer Meetings & Site VisitsMeet prospects at their homes/shops/offices to understand electricity bills, load, and roof/land availability. Conduct basic site surveys (photos, measurements, shadow check) and share details with the design/technical team.Sales Presentations & Follow-up explain benefits of solar (bill savings, subsidy, ROI) in simple Hindi/English with real examples.Present company proposals, quotations, and EMI/finance options to customers and handle objections.Regularly follow up via phone/WhatsApp/visits until deal closure; maintain a daily follow-up tracker.Deal Closure & Documentation achieve monthly sales targets (number of kW / value in ?) set by the company.

Collect required documents from customers (ID, address proof, electricity bills, photos) and hand over to back-office.Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, installation schedule, and payment collection milestones.Brand Building & Local Relationships build and maintain strong relations with local electricians, builders, architects, and shopkeepers for regular lead flow. Represent Bharat Solar Company professionally in the market and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Reporting & MISMaintain daily reports of leads generated, visits done, proposals shared, and deals closed.

Share daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager via WhatsApp/Excel/CRM as per company format.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
