The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing complete in-house support and coordination to the field marketing team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of all marketing and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support all marketing activities and executions
Generate weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual footfall and business reports
Monitor daily hospital footfall and identify referral cases
Follow up on referral cases from entry to exit & update the marketing team accordingly
Ensure that patient treatment updates are communicated to the referring doctors and individuals
Meet both outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) referral patients to ensure quality service delivery
Address and resolve issues related to billing, discounts, and prior commitments
Perform hospital data cleansing, verification, and shortlist potential leads
Track activity outcomes and convert them into hospital visits (footfall)
Maintain all departmental files, reports, and documentation
Schedule and coordinate corporate and doctor appointments for the team
Follow up on credit payments and ensure timely collection
Qualifications:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator in a hospital setting
Proficiency in basic MS Word (for letter drafting) and Excel.
Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil.
