About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead brand-building initiatives, strategies and execute impactful marketing strategies to drive sales. This role requires to be proactive in social media management and promotional activities, ensuring a strong brand presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive footfall and online sales.
- Lead social media content planning, engagement, and advertising to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the team to create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Manage influencer collaborations and PR initiatives.
- Ensure franchisee adherence to marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Analyse customer feedback, online reviews, and market trends to refine marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute offline activations - events and third party collaborations for brand visibility.
- Track marketing performance and generate actionable reports.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B/hospitality marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and local advertising.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
