To act as a single point connection between all Marketing Field staff / Dealers/ Corporate office.
To assist with Marketing Staff, Customers-Clients with product sourcing, quotations, freight rates and claims.
To provide Samples and Promotional material to the concerned clients. Along with that also send Quotations / Performa invoices as desired by the client/ dealers.
To effectively respond to queries/complaints from Clients /Marketing Staff / Management. To solve problems involving several options in situations.
To prioritize work assignments and place orders to Head Office.
To review expediting schedules on all customer orders and forwarding obtained information to planning and sales teams
To manage the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and co-ordination of dispatch schedules both manually and with computer programs
