We are looking for a

highly experienced and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator

to lead and expand our

international online synthetic gemstone export business

. The ideal candidate must be passionate about global trade, digital growth, and relationship management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

in

international online export marketing

(B2B/B2C). Strong knowledge of

website management, SEO, and conversion optimization

. Expertise in

email marketing, lead generation, and CRM/customer relationship management

. Excellent

English communication skills

(written & spoken) for international client handling. Hands-on experience in

digital marketing

: Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Analytics Content marketing and branding Marketplace and e-commerce strategies Ability to

handle international inquiries, negotiate with buyers, prepare quotations, and close deals

. Experience in

export documentation, logistics coordination, and international payment systems

is an added advantage. Must be

highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated

. Strong

follow-up skills

with clients and distributors worldwide. Interest in

learning new tools, trends, and technologies

in online marketing and global trade. Knowledge or interest in

synthetic gemstones, jewelry, or luxury products

will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow international leads and sales through

digital marketing & outreach campaigns

. Manage and optimize

SyntheticGems.org

for traffic, ranking, and sales conversion. Develop global

buyer networks, distributors, and long-term clients

. Plan and execute

email campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies

. Track and analyze performance using

Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards

. Coordinate with

China manufacturing unit

for orders, production, and dispatch. Maintain

excellent client relationships and repeat business

.
