Position Summary

Shiv Realty is soliciting applications for a strategic Marketing & Content Manager. The selected candidate will assume stewardship of the agency's brand identity, driving engagement through high-quality content creation and digital marketing initiatives that showcase our property listings and services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Content Strategy:

Conceptualize and design high-impact visual assets (brochures, social media creatives, property highlights) utilizing tools such as Canva.

Digital Presence:

Oversee and curate the agency's digital footprint across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to generate organic leads and brand awareness.

Campaign Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content calendars aligning with new property listings and market trends.

Copywriting:

Draft compelling, grammatically precise copy for social posts, property descriptions, and advertisements that reflect the luxury positioning of the agency.

Vendor Liaison:

Coordinate effectively with external photographers and videographers to ensure property shoots meet high aesthetic standards.

Analytics:

Monitor marketing KPIs and generate weekly reports to optimize reach and engagement.

Sales Support:

Create high-quality presentation decks and marketing collateral to assist the sales team in client meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

1-3 years of verifiable experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design. Experience within a Real Estate Agency is highly advantageous.

Design Skills:

Proficiency in Canva or other Graphic designing tools and an eye for visual aesthetics are mandatory.

Digital Acumen:

Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Communication:

Superior command of written English with a flair for storytelling.

Analytical Skills:

Basic familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) is preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
