Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Marketing & Content Executive
who will support end-to-end marketing activities including content creation, design coordination, social media management, reporting, and sales collateral development.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Creative Execution
Design event posts and marketing creatives
Write captions for social media posts across platforms
Write and review blogs (both
Tech and HR
domains)
Add plagiarism reports to blog drafts.
Review and proofread blogs for quality and consistency
Create newsletters, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and graphs
Social Media & Brand Management
Handle and manage social media pages for:
Navyug
Navyug.ai
Navyug Defence
Publish event posts and updates on LinkedIn
Update and track event post insights
Update blog post insights and performance metrics
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Create and maintain reports of blog drafts and published content
Update topics and plans in the marketing calendar
Schedule posts as per the marketing calendar
Maintain and update the marketing folder with:
Blogs
Event posts
Articles
Generate and share WIP (Work-in-Progress) links with bloggers
Sales & Business Support
Work on sales-related documents such as:
Pitch decks (PPTs)
Sales scripts
Sales-focused blogs
Create client profiles shared by the sales team (Richa)
Support marketing collaterals required for business development
Tools & Software
Canva (mandatory)
Excel
PowerPoint
Plagiarism Checker tools
AI video creation tools
Figma (optional)
Adobe Illustrator (optional)
Procreate (optional)
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of content marketing and digital marketing
Eye for design and visual storytelling
Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, bloggers, and sales teams
Familiarity with analytics and insights tracking is a plus
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field
Experience in handling corporate or B2B brand pages is an added advantage
