We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and self-driven individual who can lead and execute marketing strategies end-to-end for our coach training ecosystem. You'll play a key role in amplifying the company's voice, building digital visibility, and driving engagement across multiple platforms--including LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, insightful, and value-driven content (posts, carousels, blogs, short videos, emailers).
Develop thought-leadership content for LinkedIn (especially for trainers and founders).
Write compelling ad copy, captions, and CTAs that convert interest into leads.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts across platforms.
Track engagement and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Run targeted ad campaigns to boost program awareness and conversions.
Design & Brand Assets
Design visually appealing social media creatives, infographics, PDFs, and marketing decks.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (colors, fonts, tone, visual identity).
Collaborate with trainers and teams to create campaign collaterals for events, webinars, and retreats.
Website & Landing Pages
Regularly update website content, landing pages, banners, and blogs.
Coordinate with web developers (if needed) to maintain site performance and SEO hygiene.
Optimize landing pages for lead capture and smooth user experience.
Email & Funnel Marketing
Build and execute email campaigns and nurture sequences.
Manage CRM integrations and automate workflows for lead engagement.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to design creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of social media algorithms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
Familiarity with SEO, lead funnels, and basic website management.
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo, Zoho CRM).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A keen eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and brand voice.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content roles.
Experience working with a coaching, training, or education brand (preferred but not mandatory).
Video creation and editing skills are a must.
