This position is remote. Strong preference for candidates located in New England. Opportunity to work out of regional offices across New England for those candidates who prefer a hybrid or in-office location.

Job Overview




The Marketing & Content Coordinator supports the corporate marketing team by executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and creating content across our business divisions.


A key focus of the role is to contribute to all areas of LandVest corporate content production, including channels such as social media, email, blog, and website, under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications.


The ideal candidate is a digital and social native, an organized project manager, and a top-notch writer with the ability to communicate and engage with sophisticated HNW and B2B audiences.


As the Marketing and Content Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of our corporate marketing team, helping to bring incredible properties to life - from exceptional luxury homes, to properties of national historic significance, and even large-acreage investments in forestland and agriculture across the country.


The position is highly collaborative, working across the organization to create, source and manage content across multiple business divisions. The environment can be fast paced, but is flexible, creative and highly collaborative. Some travel throughout our service areas in New England may be required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties




Contribute to all areas of LandVest corporate content production under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications:

Email Marketing: Write, build, and manage email campaigns, while maintaining list hygiene and analyzing performance and best practices Social Media: Day-to-day management of the corporate social channels by creating content, reviewing performance, and engaging audiences in the brand voice Blog: Create, format, and manage blog posts Website Content: Manage the website content and act as lead point of contact to support website & intranet digital projects Support Writing Projects as Assigned Marketing & Administrative support as assigned

Requirements:
A detail-oriented project manager with ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines An excellent writer - both in terms of grammar, proofreading, and ability to learn the brand tone of voice A strong social media content creator with an eye for engagement Familiarity with marketing software similar to Constant Contact, WordPress, Canva, CRM's, scheduling platforms, and a willingness to learn new programs Service-oriented: LandVest is a client services company operating in the luxury market. Highly Qualified Candidate Attributes



Comfort and familiarity with social video content creation (reels, short form video) Strong eye for design Understanding of how to use AI to support content generation Experience with real estate, luxury markets or natural capital markets
Candidates should expect to provide examples of writing and social media content.

Salary Range:




$60-$70k annually with bonus potential
