Internal and External stakeholder management . Establish and sustain corporate identity . Reinforce brand on innovation and thought leadership . Drive internal communication . Liason with multiple support functions and work towards building, sustaining and growing the tealent brand . Community development . Provides guidance and managerial support to subordinates to achieve goals .
