Saath works with artisan clusters and women entrepreneurs to grow enterprises, expand market access, and boost incomes. We're looking for a hands-on marketer to turn great crafts into thriving sales -- with a goal of achieving a 30%+ income uplift for artisans.
What You'll Do
Build and run marketing campaigns that actually convert -- online and offline.
Launch products on the right marketplaces (Amazon Karigar, Flipkart Samarth, Etsy, Shopify, WhatsApp Business).
Shape brand positioning and storytelling that celebrates craft, heritage, and the makers.
Drive content, social media, influencers, and partnerships (designers, corporates/CSR, retail).
Lead product shoots, catalogs, and SEO-optimized listings.
Train artisan leaders on packaging, customer engagement, and basic marketing skills.
Track sales and share clear monthly growth reports
You Bring
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or social enterprise (crafts/handmade sector is a plus).
Strong skills in Meta and Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and marketplace operations.
Brand building expertise and compelling storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a creative, hands-on mindset.
You Will Deliver
A clear marketing strategy and execution roadmap.
Live listings on 2-3 e-commerce platforms.
A professional product catalog (photos, descriptions, pricing).
Monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
