About the jobEduGet Foundation is a non-profit organization inspired by Dr. Sugata Mitra's SOLE (Self-Organized Learning Environment) model. We bridge the digital and educational divide for children from underserved communities by establishing free Computer Libraries, where students can explore, question, and learn independently.

We're seeking a passionate and self-driven marketing & communications associate who can creatively tell EduGet's story, build strategic partnerships, and lead digital campaigns to amplify our impact. This person will play a key role in creating the organization's online presence, increasing visibility, and supporting outreach and fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities:

A. Digital & Social Media Management:
1. Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
2. Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels
3. Track analytics and improve engagement through creative strategies

B. Strategic Communications:
1. Draft and design the monthly/quarterly newsletter for donors and stakeholders
2. Write compelling copy for social media, website, and brochures
3. Coordinate with the team to document student stories, case studies, and impact narratives

C. Partnership Building:
1. Initiate collaborations with other NGOs, government bodies, educational institutions, and community leaders
2. Represent EduGet at relevant forums, events, or meetings
3. Help formalize MoUs and partnership documentation

D. Campaigns & Fundraising:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns & workshops to increase awareness and support
2. Support the leadership in donor communications, crowdfunding, and grant applications
3. Design campaign creatives and short video testimonials

E. Multimedia Design & Editing:
1. Design graphics for social media, presentations, and reports
2. Edit videos for campaigns, student interviews, and program recaps
3. Maintain EduGet's visual brand across platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
