The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail marketing, with a passion for creativity and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Art Karat\xe2\x80\x99s brand and products, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing campaigns, including print ads, digital media, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing metrics to optimize strategies and drive ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury retail marketing.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of jewelry industry trends and consumer behavior is desirable.
