JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Marketing To Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Website Developement Program, test and debug all web applications Design, develop, test and deploy web applications. Code pages, files, test, debug and deploy. Develop appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks. Collaborate with staff and teams to develop, format and deploy content. Assist and support in the upkeep and maintenance of web sites Research and propose software programs that are compatible to the future technologies. Initiate periodic testing and implement contingency plans in case of systems failure. Fix bugs, troubleshoot and resolve problems. Assume ownership of code throughout development, staging, testing and production. Graphic Design Understand objectives, synthesize project needs and ideate concepts that meet business, brand marketing and communication goals. Illustrate concepts and set visual parameters including, color scheme, style, typography and overall brand perception. Conducts usability testing including testing live sites, apps, prototypes. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design. Design and produce brand communications, identity programs, communications systems, websites and user interfaces. Assist in the development of brand ecosystems, demonstrating systemic thinking, versatility and expertise across media and media application. Work within the brand standards and often an existing campaign platform. Participate in internal and external design reviews, with the ability to articulate and exchange ideas about concepts and design decisions. Social Media Marketing Managing social media campaigns and day to day activities Managing presence in social networking sites Brand advocacy Write editorial content Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media Understanding how the social media impacts search traffic Post and comments on relevant blogs Manage blogger and other influencer outreach program Software skills 1.
