We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to spearhead our branding, marketing, and communication initiatives--positioning NBG as a trusted global partner in the printing and packaging machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with NBG's business goals.
Build NBG's brand presence across India and international markets.
Marketing & Brand Management
Manage all aspects of corporate branding, digital presence, and positioning.
Create impactful campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, and open houses.
Oversee design and production of marketing collaterals--brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and digital creatives.
Digital & Social Media
Drive NBG's presence on LinkedIn, website, and other relevant platforms.
Plan content calendars, track engagement, and optimize campaigns.
Manage digital campaigns (organic and paid) to build visibility and generate qualified leads.
Exhibitions & Events
Plan and execute participation in global trade shows and industry events (e.g., DRUPA, LabelExpo, PrintPack India).
Coordinate end-to-end event management--design, invitations, promotions, and on-ground communication.
Internal & External Communications
Lead company-wide communications, ensuring consistent tone and messaging across all stakeholders--clients, distributors, vendors, and employees.
Draft press releases, newsletters, client communications, and announcements.
Market Research & Insights
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Support sales teams with market intelligence and tailored presentations.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
7-12 years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in B2B, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
Experience in managing agencies, designers, and vendors.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical offerings into impactful messaging.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
