Overall Purpose of the Role -
The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance the FIIB's online presence and achieve marketing goals. The role involves managing social media channels, paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing data for optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar outlining content themes, campaigns, and important events related to the institution.
Strategically plan posts to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence across platforms.
Ideate, plan, and execute social media campaigns aligned with institution goals, including student recruitment, brand awareness, alumni engagement, and academic achievements.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information about upcoming events, seminars, workshops, and academic activities for inclusion in the content calendar.
Paid Advertising Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right audience for each campaign.
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and budgets for each campaign based on marketing goals.
Campaign Management:
Create and optimize paid ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month
