Role Summary

The Marketing & Communication Executive (Fresher) will support the company's marketing and communication activities across content creation, digital platforms, branding initiatives, and lead coordination. This is a learning-oriented role, and on-the-job training will be provided in digital marketing and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft basic content for emails, social media posts, website updates, and company communications Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and communication support Assist in maintaining and improving the company's online brand presence Support branding and marketing activities under guidance Assist in posting approved content on social media platforms and the company website Learn and handle digital platforms and marketing tools under supervision Assist in basic market research and data collection Support preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and reports Assist in lead coordination and maintain simple marketing activity records Support exhibitions, events, and other marketing initiatives as required

Requirements:

Graduate / Final-year students can apply

Good command over English (written and spoken)

Creative mindset with willingness to learn new skills Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Freshers are encouraged to apply
