We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, scalable marketing solutions, systems, framework and product that meet our business needs and drive customer engagement. He will also define processes, conceive system interfaces and also resolve system weaknesses. As a key liaison between our marketing and technology teams, the Solution Architect will translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring our marketing efforts are both effective and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, integrated solutions utilizing the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalization. Responsible for designing complete and complex frameworks, systems and product that are efficient, robust and scalable. Develop business application prototypes if required wherever appropriate.
Business Requirements and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
Data Management and Integration:
Design and oversee the implementation of data models, data flows, and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, including Salesforce CRM and third-party applications. This includes hands-on experience with Data Extensions, SQL, and APIs.
Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance, best practices and mentorship to a team of developers and marketing specialists, establishing and promoting best practices for development and implementation. Provide multilayered technical expertise for future proofing of product with next generation initiatives.
Customer Journey Orchestration:
Architect and build complex, multi-channel customer journeys that deliver personalized and timely experiences.
Platform Governance and Optimization:
Establish and enforce governance standards for the Marketing Cloud platform to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Regularly review and identify opportunities for process improvements and solution enhancements.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues. Identify, analyze and resolve system design flaws or weaknesses.
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a proven track record in a solution architect or equivalent role.
