Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Associate

with 1+ year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be certified in MCP and have a strong grasp of personalization strategies, campaign execution, and web integration using Salesforce tools.

Key Requirements:

1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). MCP certification is a must-have. Strong knowledge in sitemap and dataset creation and WebSDK deployment. Experience in catalog and content zone management, attribute creation, and web campaign execution. Familiarity with data handling, including import/export, ETL feed creation, and segment setup. Expertise in Email and Mobile Push channels. Understanding of real-time recommendation engines and personalization strategies like next best action. Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Good understanding of digital marketing principles and website marketing strategies. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios is highly desirable.
