As our Business Growth & Communications Intern, you are the "voice of the brand." You will bridge the gap between our internal operations and our external community--managing everything from high-stakes customer calls to our daily social media presence.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Customer Relations & Sales (The "Voice")
Inbound/Outbound calls: Answer inquiries with professional flair and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Lead Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel by scheduling appointments and maintaining the CRM.
Conflict Resolution: Turn unhappy callers into brand advocates through proactive problem-solving.
2. Social Media Management (The "Face")
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms to build a loyal community.
Content Posting: Execute the social media calendar by posting updates, stories, and reels that reflect our brand personality.
Brand Voice Advocacy: Ensure that the "vibe" of our phone conversations matches our online presence.
3. Executive Assistance (The "Right Hand")
Calendar & Email: Filter the founder's inbox and manage scheduling to keep the business focused on high-level growth.
Admin Support: Draft professional correspondence and assist with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
Exceptional Verbal & Written Skills: You can switch from a professional phone call to a witty Instagram caption effortlessly.
High Energy & Empathy: You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them solve problems.
Social Media Native: You understand the nuances of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and know how to engage an audience.
Proactive Closer: You don't just "take messages", you look for ways to close a sale or provide a solution.
