Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution :
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee digital marketing, branding etc. across online and do client visits(local & outstation client visits).
Manage social media presence, website updates, and digital content to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and define target segments.
Measure and prepare performance reports, and optimize marketing activities based on analytics.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as primary point of contact for key accounts to understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure high service satisfaction.
Conduct client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship-building initiatives that support retention and upselling.
Organize client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote services and strengthen engagement.
3. Business Development Support
Collaborate with the team and upper management to generate leads and support conversion strategies.
Assist in proposal development, pitch decks, and client communication materials.
Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that expand market reach.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office and Advance Excel.
2. Basic understanding of Data Analysis etc. will be an added advantage.
3. Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate
in
Bsc/BAIn Marketing, Business Administration Or Relevant Discipline.
Proven Experience
As
Marketing Executive (In Manufacturing Or Trading Industry) Similar Role (Internship etc.).
Good Understanding
Of
Market Research Techniques, Data Analysis And Statistics Methods.
Adequate Knowledge
Of
Strategic Planning Principles And Marketing Best Practices.
Proficient In MS Office And Digital Marketing Tools.
