About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Marketing & Client Communication Executive

to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, client communication, and CRM management, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal project execution, and supporting marketing campaigns to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day communication with clients (via email, Zoom, or chat). Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, paid ads). Manage CRM systems to track leads, tasks, and project progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Prepare client reports, presentations, and performance summaries. Support campaign planning and coordination between creative, content, and strategy teams. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience

in

marketing, client communication, or CRM/project management.

Strong understanding of

digital marketing workflows and client lifecycle management.

Excellent

written and verbal English communication skills.

Proficiency in using

CRM and project management tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Trello). Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively. Must be able to

join within 7 working days of selection.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills



Exposure to international client communication (US/UK markets). Knowledge of marketing automation, reporting dashboards, or lead tracking tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
