As a key member of the Data and Strategic Analytics team, you will collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to support and deliver the bank's regulatory and strategic communication plan, while extracting valuable insights from our end-to-end marketing activity.
To be successful as a "Marketing CDP Lead", you should have experience with:
Profiling and building customer segments using leading marketing campaign analytical tools.
Developing campaign logic and performing audience segmentation processes using available data sources.
Managing and delivering full customer lifecycle marketing communications and analysing campaign performance.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver campaign outputs.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign effectiveness and the marketing technology stack.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in supporting segmentation and managing data to support marketing activities.
Proficiency in Ab Initio for data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience with AWS (cloud platform) and its integration in marketing data workflows.
Experience with platforms such as Ab Initio Customer Interaction Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
Familiarity with Tableau or other reporting tools to design and build reporting MI for campaign effectiveness.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance within MarTech environments.
Card or Payments experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly.
Innovative problem solver and responsible self-starter who validates and takes ownership of their work.
Interest in new and emerging digital communication technologies.
