Practical understanding of industrial coating applications ( Epoxy, Glass flake ,PU, Acrylic).
3-5 years of proven sales experience in industrial paints/coatings.
Ability to convert technical discussions into opportunities.
Flexible to travel for field sales activities.
Responsibilities
:
Generate and close sales for industrial coatings.
Develop new clients and manage existing customer accounts.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable coating systems.
Coordinate with technical teams for samples, trials, and support.
Achieve the given monthly sale targets.
