Strategic Thinking

- Align campaigns with business goals, brand positioning, and revenue targets.

Data Analytics

- Strong grasp of CPL, CTR, ROAS, funnel analysis, and audience insights.

Creative Sense

- Ability to conceptualize ad copies, creatives, and offers that resonate with IT professionals, homeowners, and aspirational buyers.

Budget Management

- Efficient handling of monthly ad spends (?5L-?25L+) with clear ROI.

Platform Expertise

- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and tracking tools.

Execution & Speed

- Launch campaigns on time, monitor daily, and optimize swiftly.

Communication

- Translate complex campaign results into simple insights for Sales, Design, and Management.

Problem-Solving

- Quick action when leads are low-quality, ads are underperforming, or platforms change rules.

Team Coordination

- Work seamlessly with designers, content writers, sales managers, and external agencies.

Adaptability

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves, and new ad tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
