The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and project leads. The role requires creativity, digital marketing knowledge, and strong coordination skills to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results across online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design marketing campaigns for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Develop creative briefs and coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors.
Manage digital and print marketing -- social media, Google ads, hoardings, brochures, events, etc.
Track campaign performance and prepare analysis reports on ROI and lead generation.
Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with target audience and sales goals.
Oversee project branding, creatives, and content strategies.
Implement new marketing ideas and digital trends to improve visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
real estate marketing, branding, and lead generation
.
Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
Excellent creative, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and vendor management abilities.
Qualifications:
MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing or campaign management (real estate preferred).
