Job Description

We're looking for a high-energy, creative, and organized intern to be the driving force behind our "Get Out the Vote" campaign. Your mission is simple:

mobilize our entire community--employees, partners, and customers--to cast their votes and help us win.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

You'll be the project manager. You'll help plan and execute a multi-channel campaign to drive votes from day one until the polls close.

Internal Communications (The "Internal Hype" Person):

Draft compelling emails, Slack/Teams messages, and internal updates to get all Samaaro employees excited and informed. Create and send out the campaign kick-off, mid-point reminders, and "final 24-hour" push messages.

Tracking & Reporting:

Keep a close eye on the campaign's progress. Provide regular (e.g., daily or weekly) updates to the marketing team on how it's going.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

A "Get-it-Done" person:

You are highly organized, proactive, and love taking ownership of a project from start to finish.

Social media savvy

Enthusiastic and persuasive--you're a natural-born "hype" person who can get others excited about a goal. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
