HHH Hospitality is a premium hospitality supply brand providing high-quality bedsheets, comforters, runners, towels, hospital linen, and various other premium products.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can take charge of our marketing and business development across
Dehradun, Mussoorie, Haridwar, and Rishikesh
, and successfully launch the brand in these regions.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition
Visit hotels, resorts, cafes, hostels, ashrams, and hospitals for B2B sales.
Conduct 10-15 client meetings per day.
Present product samples and explain product quality.
Close bulk orders and negotiate commercial terms.
2. Market Expansion
Conduct regular field visits across all 4 cities.
Identify new leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
3. Brand Launch & Promotion
Promote HHH Hospitality products using catalogs, price lists, and samples.
Participate in local hotel association events and networking meets.
Ensure strong premium positioning of the brand.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain close communication with existing clients.
Collect repeat orders and build long-term relationships.
Handle customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily visit reports.
Maintain weekly target updates.
Update CRM/Excel sheets with lead status and sales conversion.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and field sales skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
Professional, confident, and good at relationship management.
Basic skills in WhatsApp Business, Email, and Google Sheets.
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid license is preferred.
